1. Acceptance

By accessing or using CardStacks, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any store terms that apply to purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the confidentiality of your credentials, and activity under your account. You must not share accounts for abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized use.

3. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Paid features, subscriptions, and restore flows are handled through the platform where you purchased them. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are therefore also governed by Apple App Store or Google Play policies in addition to these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to bypass entitlements, pricing, or platform billing rules.
• Do not abuse the service, interfere with infrastructure, or access data that is not yours.
• Do not use CardStacks in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

5. Your Content

If you create custom decks or other account content, you keep your rights in that content. You grant CardStacks the limited rights needed to host, sync, back up, and display that content to you as part of the service.

6. Service Changes and Availability

We may update features, pricing, integrations, or availability from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security risk, or non-payment where applicable.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

CardStacks is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CardStacks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
